We are looking for an experienced Commissioning, Operations & Maintenance Manager to lead pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and operational activities for large-scale oil & gas facilities. The role covers both onshore and offshore phases and requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a solid HSE mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and handover activities
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with HSE standards, procedures, and project requirements
Oversee operational readiness, test runs, and performance optimization
Interface with Client and internal stakeholders during all project phases
Requirements:
Proven experience in commissioning and operations within Oil & Gas projects
Strong background in onshore and offshore environments
Solid leadership and coordination skills
Availability for international assignments
