Job Title: Commissioning Lead
Location: Dessel, Belgium (On-site)

We are seeking a Commissioning Lead to support the transition of construction projects into operational use within a large-scale industrial environment. The role involves coordinating commissioning and asset implementation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Lead and coordinate commissioning and infrastructure projects
• 
  Support project managers and operational teams during project handover
• 
  Manage project documentation, procedures, and compliance requirements
• 
  Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and engineering teams
• 
  Monitor project progress, reporting, budgeting, and quality standards
• 
  Contribute to process improvement and infrastructure optimisation
• 
  Embed change management practices within projects

Requirements

• 
  Master's degree in Engineering
• 
  Experience in commissioning and/or managing large-scale industrial projects
• 
  Strong project management and team coordination skills
• 
  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• 
  Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable mindset
• 
  Dutch language proficiency required
