Job Title: Commissioning Home Manager

Pay Rate: Up to £70,000 per year + Bonuses up to 100%
Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced and inspirational Commissioning Home Manager to join its client’s team and lead the launch of a brand-new, luxury care home in Bath.
This is a rare opportunity to shape a high-end care home from the ground up—building a high-performing team and delivering exceptional care in a purpose-built environment.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will lead the opening and management of newly built care homes, ensuring high standards of service and compliance with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). You will engage with the community and apply strategic marketing to boost occupancy, particularly in luxury settings with predominantly private residents. Your responsibilities include fostering inspirational leadership, developing high-performing teams, and maintaining safeguarding protocols and best practices. A strong commercial awareness is essential, with a focus on delivering quality outcomes and operational excellence.
