Eligibility: Lithuania-based candidates only

We are looking for an experienced Commissioning Engineer to support a utility-scale BESS project in Lithuania. This is a short-term, site-based role focused on full commissioning.

Mandatory Certifications:

• EU electrician license
• Working at height certificate
• LOTO safety knowledge
• HV safety awareness (DC systems up to 1500V)

Scope of Work:
Installation Verification (Pre-Commissioning):

• Check DC & AC cable installation
• Verify communication systems (BMS / EMS / PCS)
• Perform insulation resistance testing (50 MΩ)
• Conduct visual and mechanical inspections (grounding, connections, torque)

Cold Commissioning (System Functional Check - No Load):

• Verify UPS and auxiliary power systems
• Validate BMS / controller software & firmware
• Test communication protocols (CAN / Ethernet / EMS)
• Check alarms, indicators, SPD statusTest cooling system, ventilation, and safety interlocks
• Validate fire detection and suppression systems

Hot Commissioning (Load Testing):

• Execute full system validation under operation
• Cell voltage deviation checks (under load)
• Cell temperature deviation & rise checksCharge / discharge testing (rate power)
• Full energy performance test
• System integration validation with PCS / EMS / transformer
