Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and energized by fast-paced environments? Step into a high-impact role where your work directly affects advisor compensation and strengthens business partner relationships. As part of a collaborative team, you'll be valued for your precision, problem-solving skills, and commitment to continuous learning.

You will be responsible for end-to-end set up and maintenance of a block of GRS policies to ensure advisor and broker commission is paid in a timely and accurate manner. You’ll handle reconciliation processes and work closely with business partners for inquiries on a wide variety of commission-related topics.

What you will do

  • Verification of advisor licensing requirements prior to commission disbursement to ensure compliance
  • Accurate system set up and maintenance of advisor commissions for GRS policies
  • Administration of weekly, monthly and manual commission payments
  • Daily communication with Business Development, Implementation, GRS Issue and Pricing teams
  • Conduct reconciliation audits of first year and transfer commissions and prepare statements with commission impacts for required top-ups or chargebacks
  • Handle inquiries from internal business partners on a wide variety of commission-related topics

What you will bring

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skillset Understanding of advisor and broker relationships is an asset Demonstrates above-average accuracy and performance in current role
  • Self-motivated with an ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced and changing environment
  • Knowledge of GRS products, services and plan types is preferred
  • Experience communicating with distribution partners
  • Ability to negotiate and resolve issues in a positive, professional and collaborative manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills; must be a team player
  • Proven reliability, accountability and a results-oriented approach

The base salary for this position is between $43,400 - $65,100 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
