• Calculate and validate commission schemes and payouts by applying complex business rules, incentive logic, and eligibility criteria with a high level of accuracy.
• Analyse data trends to identify potential issues, and lead investigations in collaboration with cross-functional teams to reach effective resolutions.
• Develop, extract, and maintain commission-related reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with defined standards.
• Prepare and distribute commission reports and analyses to stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Support ongoing operational needs, ensuring services are delivered within agreed SLAs and aligned with shared timelines.
• Demonstrates strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate meaningful insights.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills.
• Communicates effectively and collaborates confidently with stakeholders across functions.
• Shows initiative, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement and process optimisation.
• Holds a degree in Economics, Informatics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools; knowledge of Power BI, commission tools, or ERP systems is advantageous.
• Has strong communication skills in English and Italian, both written and verbal.
