Together, we’re solving interesting and complex puzzles to keep the world’s data safe. About the RoleWe are looking for Commission Analyst, The team operates under the Finance Department and works closely with Sales teams in the US and Europe.
Responsible for managing sales targets, commission plans, and commission payments.
The role includes administrative work in Xactly and Excel, communication with sales representatives, and analytical work related to commission calculations and forecasts.
Requires strong numerical understanding, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
  • Calculate, analyze and monitor the integrity and validity of monthly commission payments for the sales team 
  • Identify and address challenges in the commission system
  • Communicating and addressing sales team queries in relation to their compensation 
  • Analyze commission figures of the sales team in the company 
  • Support and execute the commission plans to each of the Company’s Sales Team

    Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Management  
  • 2/3 years of experience as an analyst- Advantage 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, highly driven and self-motivated 
  • Ability to work hard under pressure in a globally dynamic environment 
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills is a must 
  • Highly responsible, very detailed oriented, and organized (Attention to details, follow-up, and time management skills) 
  • Team player, can-do attitude, flexible, self-motivated 
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel - Advantage 
  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
