We are seeking a friendly and efficient Casual Commis Waitress/Waiter to join our dynamic team in London, United Kingdom. As a key member of our food service staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

  • Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, professional, and helpful attitude at all times.
  • Efficiently deliver food from the kitchen to the restaurant station and ensure timely preparation of beverages and condiments.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and proper setup throughout the restaurant, including back of house areas and storage.
  • Attend pre-service briefings and maintain thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menu.
  • Collect and clean equipment, reset tables, and handle restaurant and hotel properties responsibly.
  • Report guest comments or requirements to senior staff and assist in resolving issues promptly.
  • Adhere to personal grooming standards and maintain excellent hygiene practices.
  • Be flexible to carry out other reasonable duties as assigned, including potential redeployment to other departments as needed.
  • Ensure proper handover at the end of each shift.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Basic math skills for handling financial transactions
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Eligible to work in London, United Kingdom
