We’re now looking for a passionate Commis Pastry Chef to join our team!
Your Mission
As part of the Big Mamma Kitchen team, your mission will be to:
Prepare desserts following Big Mamma recipes and quality standards
Support the Chef de Partie and senior chefs during prep and service
Maintain high standards of hygiene, organisation and food safety
Work efficiently during busy services with a positive, proactive mindset
Help create the best moment of our guests’ day through every plate
About You
The ideal candidate can demonstrate:
A big smile and real passion for Italian food
Previous experience or training as a Commis Pastry Chef
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Great energy and proactive attitude during service
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
High-volume kitchen experience is a plus
