Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods, ensuring high quality and presentation standards.
• Work diligently in the pastry kitchen, learning essential techniques and methods while following recipes.
• Keep your workspace clean and organized, adhering to strict food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Support the pastry team in executing dessert menus and special events.
• Participate in the creative process by suggesting new pastry ideas and flavor combinations.
• Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to maintain a harmonious and efficient work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a pastry kitchen or related culinary role, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining setting.
• A strong passion for pastry and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary field.
• Familiarity with basic pastry techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• A culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus but not mandatory.
