Job Description

As a Commis I, you will assist in various kitchen tasks and food preparation. Your role involves learning and mastering culinary techniques, supporting chefs, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization.

• Participate in the cleaning and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Assist in stocking and inventory management of kitchen supplies.
• Follow guidance from senior chefs to enhance culinary skills.
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork, learning, and culinary excellence.
• Attend training sessions and culinary development opportunities.
• Support in maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
• Execute tasks assigned by senior chefs and supervisors.
• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
• Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
