Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and service-oriented Commis de Rang to join our Ling Ling by Hakkasan team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Chef de Rang in delivering an exceptional dining experience.
  • Prepare and maintain service stations before, during, and after service.
  • Serve food and beverages according to Mandarin Oriental standards.
  • Ensure tables are impeccably set and maintained throughout service.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all service areas.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage service is preferred.
  • Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in French; English proficiency is an advantage.
