Die Küche wird wieder zur Herzensangelegenheit.
Nach Jahren externer Konzepte übernimmt das Haus die Gastronomie wieder selbst. Am Kurfürstendamm öffnen wir die Küche zunächst bewusst reduziert.
Eine kleine Karte, gute Produkte und ein Team, das Schritt für Schritt etwas Neues aufbaut.
Was jetzt beginnt, ist der Anfang von mehr.
Die Küche entsteht im Hotel Bristol Berlin und wird wieder eigenständig geführt.
Für diesen Neustart suchen wir einen Sous Chef, der Verantwortung übernimmt und diesen Aufbau aktiv mitgestaltet.
Deine Aufgaben
• Unterstützung der Chef de Partie auf den jeweiligen Posten
• Vorbereitung der Mise en Place
• Mitarbeit im täglichen Service
• Einhaltung der Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards
• Weiterentwicklung der eigenen Fähigkeiten
Was Du mitbringst
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin oder kurz davor
• Erste Erfahrung in einer professionellen Küche von Vorteil
• Motivation zu lernen und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
• Teamfähigkeit
