Your mission:
Working in a brigade where you'll be trained in all the basics of the trade.
Prepare mise en place and take part in service in a dynamic environment.
Develop your technical knowledge of different types of preparation, cooking and use of kitchen equipment.
Manage priorities and communicate with the rest of the team.
Apply your knowledge of hygiene and safety.
