To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for a Commis de Cuisine (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible or by agreement

What we are looking for:

• Completed professional culinary training or several years of experience working in a kitchen
• Good command of German and English, both written and spoken
• Professional demeanor and a strong understanding of hygiene standards
• Team-oriented, reliable, and flexible
• Strong commitment to quality and sense of responsibility

Your responsibilities:

• Support the kitchen team in all areas of kitchen operations, including cooking, food preparation, and mise en place
• Consistently comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Demonstrate enthusiasm for expanding your knowledge and learning new culinary techniques
• Regularly share feedback and ideas with your supervisors
• Work closely with the service team throughout each shift
• Help maintain cleanliness and ensure proper upkeep in accordance with HACCP guidelines
• Contribute as a true team player, supporting colleagues and assisting wherever needed
