Job Description

En tant que commis de cuisine tes missions seront :

  • Assurer la mise en place, l’élaboration et l’envoi des préparations culinaires durant les services tout en respectant les fiches techniques et les directives du Leader de cuisine.
  • Participer au maintien et au réassort des stocks en cuisine en organisant. étiquetant, contrôlant les produits frais et l’épicerie en appliquant le FIFO.
  • Garantir le respect et l’application des normes en matière d'hygiène et de sécurité en cuisine (HACCP).
  • Assurer l’entretien et le nettoyage de votre poste, des locaux, du matériel et de la vaisselle en cuisine.

Les détails pratiques :

  • Contrat : CDI 35h
  • Horaires : 2 jours de repos par semaine - horaires en coupures
  • Rémunération: 1832€ bruts mensuel
