Job Description

**Duties and Responsibilities** Responsibilities for this position shall include, but not be limited to, the following areas and activities. At management discretion, direction may be given for tasks outside the scope of work described.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Prepare authentic Chinese dishes according to established recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines.
2. Execute mise en place for Chinese cooking stations, including cutting, slicing, chopping, marinating, portioning, and sauce preparation.

3.Maintain a professional and positive attitude when interacting with guests at live cooking stations, buffet counters, and throughout food preparation areas.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Commis Chef in Chinese cuisine - Fluent in Mandarin Chinese with strong communication skills - Experience working in high-volume buffet or hotel kitchen environments - Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
