Location: The SpitJack Rotisserie Brasserie, Bedford Row, Limerick

Job Type: Flexible (Part-Time & Full-Time Available)

Start Date: Immediate or Flexible Start

Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a professional kitchen

Located in the heart of Limerick on Bedford Row, we're proud to be a go-to spot for everything from brunch dates to celebrations.

We're now looking for a skilled and motivated Commis Chef to join our kitchen team.

Wages:

From €14.50/hour,

Responsibilities:

• Preparing ingredients and dishes to SpitJack standards under the guidance of senior chefs
• Supporting all sections of the kitchen during service
• Ensuring food is prepared and presented consistently and to a high standard
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Following food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures at all times
• Assisting with stock rotation and storage
• Contributing to a positive, team-focused kitchen culture
