Mercure Sydney Blacktown is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Full Time Commis Chef to join our team of inspired hospitality professionals. You will be working mainly the breakfast shift, preparing & serving food for the hotel buffet breakfast and food prep for our all-day dining menu and Distrikt Cafe.
