🗓️ Employment Type: Seasonal (April - September) with potential recommendations for full-time roles in partner hotels. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes in line with menu requirements.
✔️ Support senior chefs with day-to-day kitchen operations.
✔️ Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
✔️ Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met.
✔️ Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages to the Head Chef.
✔️ Contribute ideas and suggestions for menu development and improvement. 🔹 Requirements:
✅ 2-3 years of experience as a chef.

✅ Experience in European cuisine.

✅ A hotel management qualification is an added advantage.

✅ Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.

✅ Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations ( HACCP certification is a plus).

✅ A team player with good communication skills.

✅ Excellent personal character, able to live and work in harmony with other team members.

✅ Excellent English communication skills. 🔹 Salary & Benefits:
💰 €17 per hour before taxes (40 hours per week, overtime paid extra).
