Set in the heart of Canary Wharf with stunning views across the River Thames and London skyline, the hotel features 142 luxurious guestrooms and suites, stylish dining spaces, meeting and events facilities, and access to a luxury health club, spa and pool. We are looking for someone who can work Full-Time, 40 hours per week.

To be successful in this role, you will be responsible for a range of duties while demonstrating the following skills and experience…

• Supporting the kitchen team in the preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and attention to detail at all times.
• Assisting with basic food preparation tasks, including ingredient preparation, portioning and plating.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic workstation in line with food safety and health & safety standards.
• Working closely with senior chefs to learn new skills and develop culinary knowledge in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment would be advantageous but not essential.
• A passion for food and willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.
• Good understanding of basic food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
• A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude with the ability to work well under pressure.
