This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 8 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar).

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a motivated Commis Chef to join our Culinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early career chef who is eager to learn, work with high quality ingredients, and develop within a structured luxury hotel kitchen.
The role
As a Commis Chef, you will support the daily preparation and service across multiple outlets, working under the guidance of experienced senior chefs. You will be involved in all aspects of kitchen operations, from mise en place to service, while learning standards, techniques, and consistency expected at Four Seasons.

This role offers exposure to a broad range of kitchen environments, providing a strong foundation for future progression.
What you will do
Support preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in line with Four Seasons standards
Assist senior chefs during service across assigned sections
Maintain clean, organised, and safe workstations at all times
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures including HACCP and COSHH
Ensure consistent quality and attention to detail in every dish
Support stock rotation, storage, and basic inventory tasks
Contribute positively to a respectful and collaborative kitchen culture
What we are looking for
Previous experience in a professional kitchen or formal culinary training
A strong interest in developing a culinary career within luxury hospitality
Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene
Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 is preferred
A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
Ability to work a flexible roster including weekends and public holidays
