FILINVEST COMPANY: Quest Hotel & Conference Center Cebu

The Commis 2 is responsible for the preparation and storage of menu items in accordance with established procedures for preparation and quality standards for taste, presentation, and hygiene standards of the hotel, in order to achieve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction with delivery of the best quality foo products.

• Act as buffet runner
• Reports malfunctioning conditions to appropriate areas immediately
• Handles all equipment in the proper manner. Practice accident prevention measures.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the workplace. Follows all hygiene procedures.
• Controls cost by minimizing spoilage, wastage and exercise portion control.
• Performs other functions and duties which may be assigned by the immediate superior

QUALIFICATION

• Good communication skills
• At least high school graduate
• With TESDA ceritification
• With related work experiene for atleat 1-2 years
• Amenablt to travel everyday
• Can star immediately
