Verificar el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos de panadería y pastelería y mantener las áreas de producción en orden y limpieza.
Elaborar el mise en place y la producción diaria de pastelería, heladería y chocolatería para los distintos puntos de servicio del hotel.
Inspeccionar las áreas de servicio (Café VERA, Caleta, Ammi, carro de helados, producción) para asegurar estándares operativos.
Montar estaciones de servicio, platos y apoyar la producción y montaje de eventos según los estándares establecidos.
Controlar inventarios, bodega y rotación de productos bajo norma FIFO, asegurando stock adecuado.
Realizar el cierre y entrega de turno garantizando limpieza, rotulación, comunicación de pendientes y coordinación con el equipo.
Formación técnica en Pastelería, Panadería o Gastronomía.
Experiencia mínima de 2 años como pastelero en hoteles, restaurantes o pastelerías de volumen.
Conocimientos en heladería y chocolatería.
Manejo de normas de higiene y manipulación de alimentos.
Organización, atención al detalle y enfoque en calidad.
Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir estándares operativos.
Disponibilidad para turnos rotativos, fines de semana y feriados.
Trabajo en equipo y actitud de servicio.
Deseable experiencia previa en hoteles de lujo o cadenas internacionales.
