Apt Resources is seeking a dedicated and skilled Commis 1 specializing in Continental Cuisine to join the private culinary team of a VIP Private Family in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assist in the cooking of continental dishes as per the family's preferences and dietary requirements.
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen at all times.
- Manage ingredient preparation, storage, and inventory to ensure freshness and availability.
- Work closely with the head chef or household culinary manager to plan menus and special meals.
- Ensure presentation and taste meet the expectations of the VIP family.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Adapt to the family's specific needs and preferences, providing a personalized culinary experience.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commis 1 or similar role with focus on continental cuisine.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of continental cooking techniques and dishes.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a private household setting.
- Attention to detail, cleanliness, and adherence to food safety standards.
- Good communication skills and ability to adapt to the preferences of a VIP family.
- Discretion, professionalism, and reliability are essential.
- Can attend a 1-day trial in Abu Dhabi, UAE if required.
Benefits
