Job Description

We are hiring experienced Commi 3 for a reputed restaurant group in Qatar & Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist chefs in food preparation and basic cooking activities

· Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, sauces, and garnishes

· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen work areas

· Follow recipes, portion control, and kitchen instructions accurately

· Ensure proper storage and handling of food products

· Support kitchen staff during busy service hours

· Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils properly

· Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies

· Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards

· Minimize food wastage and maintain stock rotation (FIFO)

· Perform opening and closing kitchen duties as assigned

· Learn and develop culinary skills under senior chefs

Requirements

· Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts preferred

· 1–2 years of experience in restaurant, hotel, or catering kitchens preferred

· Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Willingness to learn and grow within the culinary field

· Good teamwork and communication skills

· Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
