Functieomschrijving
Wij zijn momenteel op zoek naar een Inside Sales, Fire & Security (gevestigd in Nederland – bij voorkeur in de omgeving van Weert, aangezien de functie dagelijkse aanwezigheid in de Pro-Shop vereist, die daar gevestigd is).
Basissalaris: 50-59K EUR jaarlijks.
Doel van de functie:
Het bieden van uitstekende service in de Pro Express Shop, door B2B-klanten te begeleiden bij het kiezen van de juiste beveiligingsoplossingen, het beheren van orderinvoer en het garanderen van een soepele en professionele klantervaring, zowel in de winkel als telefonisch.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
• Klanten persoonlijk assisteren in de Pro Express Shop en deskundig advies geven over beveiligingsproducten zoals camera’s, brand en alarmsystemen.
• Klantorders efficiënt en nauwkeurig verwerken via het orderinvoersysteem.
• Klanten telefonisch en via e-mail ondersteunen bij productvragen, orderstatus en nazorg.
• Geschikte productalternatieven aanbevelen wanneer specifieke artikelen niet op voorraad zijn.
• Up-to-date blijven over beschikbare voorraad en productspecificaties.
• Een hoog niveau van klanttevredenheid garanderen door vriendelijke, oplossingsgerichte service te bieden.
• Samenwerken met magazijn-, logistiek- en verkoopteams om tijdige orderverwerking te waarborgen.
• De winkel georganiseerd, schoon en voorzien houden van actuele productinformatie en promotiemateriaal.
Minimale vereisten:
• Minimaal een MBO opleiding (of gelijkwaardig), bij voorkeur in een zakelijke of technische richting (geen vereiste).
• Minimaal 1 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in klantenservice, bij voorkeur in een commerciele- of technische productomgeving..
• Bekendheid met basiscomputersystemen en orderbeheertools.
• Vloeiend in Engels en Nederlands.
• Basiskennis van beveiligingsproducten (zoals camera’s, brand en alarmsystemen) of sterke bereidheid om te leren.
• Uitstekende communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden, zowel persoonlijk als telefonisch.
• Sterke aandacht voor detail en nauwkeurigheid bij orderinvoer en voorraadcontrole.
• Vermogen om problemen op te lossen en alternatieve oplossingen aan te dragen wanneer producten niet beschikbaar zijn.
• Een proactieve, klantgerichte houding en een teamgerichte instelling, met hoge motivatie.
