Wat we zoeken
Corpay is momenteel op zoek naar een Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst binnen onze afdeling Fleet & Vehicle Payments. Deze functie valt onder onze Travelcard-lijn en is gevestigd in Almere. In deze rol ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze bestaande klanten met vragen. Je ondersteunt het salesteam ook bij het implementeren en onboarden van nieuwe klanten en contracten. We zijn op zoek naar een klantgerichte, proactieve en doorzetter die gemakkelijk het gesprek aangaat met onze klanten. Je bent doortastend en als geen ander in staat om de behoeften van een klant te analyseren en deze te vertalen naar een concrete oplossing. Je proactieve aanpak zal klanten verrassen. Je begrijpt als geen ander dat jij als persoon het verschil maakt. Je bent een waardevolle gesprekspartner op elk niveau en je missie is pas geslaagd als de klant écht tevreden is.
Naast je communicatieve vaardigheden ben je ook in staat om de administratieve taken die voortvloeien uit commerciële activiteiten adequaat en accuraat uit te voeren. In deze snel veranderende wereld vinden we het belangrijk dat je flexibel bent en je snel kunt aanpassen aan veranderende omstandigheden. Voor deze functie beschik je over uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Team Manager Commercial Support en werkt regelmatig samen met de sales, financiële en juridische teams.
