Research Commercialization :
• Coordinate research result implementation into integrated Catur Dharma Scheme
• Coordinate Binus joint International Conference event
• Explore and search prospective partner for research product commercialization in BINUS University
• Coordinate research product commercialization result
• Aid Faculty Member in finding venues of research commercialization
• Advise Faculty Member in technology licensing
Intellectual Property Registration :
• Identify and provide consultative service for potential FM proposal for intellectual property
• Conduct effective socialization and oversee related process for research result commercialization
• Maintain research result commercialization process alignment with Catur Dharma Perguruan Tinggi
• Supervise, report and evaluate all activities related to intellectual property registration processes
• Ensure proper registration format for intellectual property
• Supervise funding toward intellectual property registered under BINUS University
• Supervise record and documentation of all intellectual property registration from Faculty Member and students.
• Supervise legal documentation arrangement activities related to intellectual property registration process
Content Creation :
• Provide design, formatting, layout and other beneficial skills to support content creation by faculty members
• Endorse content creation by Faculty Member
Intellectual Property Dissemination :
• Educate Faculty Member on various types of intellectual property protection
• Aid Faculty Member in their intellectual property management
• Create educational materials regarding intellectual property for Faculty Member
Management Support Activities:
• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
Education Requirement:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree
Work Exposure/ Experience:
• Minimum 2 years in Senior Staff level position, or
• Minimum 4 years of working experience
Special Skill :
• Knowledge of sponsored projects principles, practices and procedures (related program, project, or initiative expertise)
• Knowledge in basic project management
• Familiarity with grants and contracts process
• IP Consultant License preferred
• Working experience with IP Consultant License
