Job Description

General Purpose

Support the execution of commercialization projects within specific brands or categories, including but not limited to innovation initiatives and/or capital and costout initiatives. Provide coordination and administrative support to Commercialization Project by assisting with crossfunctional communication, documentation, data accuracy, and task tracking to ensure timely completion of activities required to support new product launches. Collaborate with crossfunctional partners in marketing, R&D, sales, finance, supply chain, and operations across the plant and distribution network to support effective execution and information flow throughout the commercialization process.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support commercialization efforts from concept to shelf for assigned products by assisting with timelines, task tracking, and documentation
  • Support the coordination and tracking of creative projects and commercialization campaigns in alignment with broader commercialization initiatives
  • Assist Commercialization Project Managers and Associate Commercialization Project Managers in coordinating cross‑functional activities related to new product launches, product updates, and customer initiatives
  • Maintain commercialization calendars, schedules, and status trackers to support visibility and execution
  • Monitor project progress against established timelines, requirements, and priorities; escalate risks, delays, or dependency issues as appropriate
  • Communicate project status, deadlines, and updates to internal stakeholders to support alignment and timely execution
  • Route tasks, materials, and information to appropriate team members based on defined priorities and project needs
  • Support workflow efficiency by identifying potential capacity constraints or execution risks and escalating issues as needed
  • Assist with compiling and preparing campaign performance reports, project status summaries, and internal updates
  • Support supply chain readiness activities through data collection, validation, and coordination with plant, logistics, and planning partners
  • Assist with finished goods master data setup activities and support communication of completed information to ensure accurate system setup
  • Support initial production and shipment planning activities for new products, extensions, customers, or geographies under direction of project leadership
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to support packaging development, SKU setup, and launch execution activities
  • Support cross‑functional collaboration to ensure marketing and commercialization deliverables meet timing and quality expectations
  • Support continuous improvement efforts within the commercialization process by identifying opportunities for improved coordination, documentation, and communication

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Undergraduate degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • 1 to 3 years network supply chain, project management, or related experience
  • New product launch/commercialization experience, including understanding the new product development process
  • Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of US retailer network and management of warehouse distributed CPG products
  • Understanding of manufacturing and distribution processes
  • Able to manage projects and keep them on task and on-time
  • Able to organize resources and analyze alternatives to make effective decisions
  • Able to interact positively and work effectively with others (interpersonal skills)
  • Able to influence change
  • Able to establish and manage effective relationships with internal staff and external customers, business partners, and vendors
  • Able to communicate effectively with employees and customers at various levels, including persuasive communication
  • Able to handle challenging or conflict situations with tact and professionalism
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English
