Zymo Research is looking for a dynamic individual to join our Commercialization Team! At Zymo Research, Commercialization Managers are the bridge between our scientific innovations and the market. They are responsible for translating complex technologies into clear customer value propositions, developing go-to-market strategies, and driving adoption of products across global markets.
This role combines portfolio ownership with market insight, commercialization strategy, and cross-functional leadership. Commercialization Managers partner closely with R&D, sales, operations, and the Commercial & Innovation Strategist team to ensure products launch successfully, grow revenue, and address evolving customer needs.
The Commercialization Manager is both a strategist and an executor—owning the product lifecycle while equipping the organization with the tools, messaging, and insights needed to win in the marketplace.

The estimated base compensation range for this position is $100,000-$130,000 annually at the time of posting. Actual compensation details will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors.
