Position Summary:
The Commercialization Coordinator supports the successful execution of commercialization activities across Adams Group’s ingredient and retail portfolios. This role is responsible for coordinating timelines, documentation, cross-functional inputs, and launch readiness activities to ensure products move efficiently from development through launch.
Reporting to the Director of Commercialization, the Coordinator serves as a central execution and communication hub, enabling consistent processes, on-time deliverables, and operational readiness in partnership with Marketing, R&D, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercialization Execution & Coordination
- Support commercialization activities for new and existing products across retail and ingredient channels.
- Coordinate stage-gate deliverables and timelines in partnership with Marketing/Brand Strategy and the Director of Commercialization.
- Maintain commercialization project plans, launch trackers, and readiness checklists.
- Ensure accurate and timely collection of required documentation (formulas, specifications, packaging, regulatory, and customer requirements).
- Assist in translating customer and market requirements into actionable execution tasks.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as a liaison between Commercialization and cross-functional teams including R&D, Food Safety/Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing/Brand Strategy.
- Schedule and document cross-functional meetings, action items, and decisions related to product launches.
- Support alignment of formulation, packaging, claims, and regulatory requirements with internal standards and external expectations.
- Provide structured communication and alignment between ingredient and retail functions.
- Coordinate production readiness inputs, including raw material availability, packaging components, and production timelines.
Process & Continuous Improvement
- Support development and maintenance of commercialization playbooks, tools, and templates.
- Track risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, escalating issues to the Director of Commercialization as needed.
- Assist with post-launch reviews by compiling performance data, issues, and learnings.
- Track post-launch performance and share learnings to improve future launches.
- Support standardization and documentation of repeatable commercialization processes.
QualificationsEducation & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Food Science, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, commercialization support, product development, or operations within food manufacturing, CPG, or ingredient industries.
- Exposure to cross-functional product launch processes preferred.
Skills & Competencies

- Working knowledge of food/CPG commercialization processes, including regulatory and supply chain considerations.

Working Conditions:
- Office-based environment, manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to travel (up to 50%) to company facilities, customer sites, partner facilities.
