In this role, you'll:
Enable commercial decisions by quantifying revenue opportunities, investment returns and pricing strategies across the Commercial Revenue portfolio.
You will be responsible for financial modelling, pricing analysis and market insights to support strategic decision-making and identify revenue growth and value optimisation opportunities across portfolio. You will provide the Commercial Revenue team with commercial pricing expertise, developing pricing models that maximise value across existing businesses and new opportunities within established portfolios.
Working closely with managers across the Commercial Revenue team, the Senior Commercial Deal Specialist, and the Revenue Modelling & Analysis team, you will support investment evaluation, tender assessment and commercial recommendations that inform investment and procurement decisions.
Provide commercial and analytical evaluation of new ideas, initiatives and growth opportunities across the Commercial Revenue portfolio
Develop and apply financial and pricing models to support revenue optimisation for existing and new business opportunities, including investment evaluation, business case development and commercial option assessment.
Support managers across the Commercial Revenue team in evaluating potential commercial investments, including new markets and capital investments, through robust financial analysis, commercial modelling and value assessment.

About you
• You are a commercially focused analyst with strong pricing and evaluation capability, who enjoys working on complex problems and translating analysis into practical recommendations
•Demonstrated experience in financial modelling, cost-benefit analysis and commercial evaluation within a large, complex or regulated environment, including the development of business cases and investment assessment
•Practical pricing experience or exposure, with the ability to build and interpret pricing models that support revenue optimisation
•Proven ability to synthesise market research, financial data and competitive insights to inform commercial decisions
•Experience supporting tender evaluation and procurement processes, including providing commercial recommendations
•Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical audiences
•Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics or a related discipline, or demonstrated equivalent professional experience
