Job Description

Minimum 10 years of sales training experience in FMCG (preferably beverages)
At least 45 years in a leadership role within Commercial Learning & Development

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver blended learning programs (classroom, online, social) for Commercial teams and Bargainable employees
• Conduct targeted product and sales training aligned with business goals and promotional campaigns
• Build and manage training systems, SOPs, materials, and processes from the ground up
• Monitor training effectiveness and employee engagement through feedback and performance metrics
• Collaborate with Commercial Leaders and Group HC Learning & OD team to align learning with strategic objectives
• Stay current on industry trends and consumer preferences to ensure relevant training content
• Support new product launches and mentor internal coaches to build a strong talent pipeline

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Adult Education, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of sales training experience in FMCG (preferably beverages)
• At least 45 years in a leadership role within Commercial Learning & Development
• Proven experience in curriculum design, training delivery, and stakeholder engagement
• Strong communication, project management, and change leadership skills
• Experience in commercial startup environments is a plus
