Our Commercial Traineeship at Amoria Bond offers a comprehensive pathway to becoming a skilled 360 Recruitment Consultant. You’ll learn to build and manage your own full-cycle sales business, mastering everything from new business development to account management and sales.

Your Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle and build your own business by establishing client relationships and filling their vacancies with top talent.

  • Consultancy: Deliver top-tier talent to clients while serving as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance on their hiring needs.
  • Client Acquisition: Actively seek out and establish new client connections through proactive phone outreach and networking.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify, recruit, and qualify candidates to match client needs, and effectively present opportunities to them.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships on the client and candidate side.
  • Deal Negotiation: Conduct negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements for both clients and candidates.
  • Candidate Support Provide comprehensive support throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience for candidates.

What You Bring

  • Motivation and Ambition: You thrive in a performance-driven environment and are eager to grow.
  • Experience: While sales experience is a plus, it is not required. Experience in hospitality, sales, recruitment, or similar fast-paced environments is advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Fluency in either German and English or Dutch and English (C1-C2 level) is highly desirable. If not, minimum one year full time of relevant B2B sales or recruitment experience with near-native English proficiency is required.
  • Location: You should reside in or around Amsterdam or have concrete plans to relocate.
