Are you passionate about marketing and sales and looking to build your skills while working in a dynamic international environment?

Our Trainee Program #V&BNextGen offers hands-on experience across marketing and sales functions, giving you a comprehensive skills set and view of both areas and their strategic interfaces.

The program offers flexible start dates.

This is you

• A completed master 's degree in Business Administration focusing on marketing, sales or communications or similar academic background
• Enthusiasm for topics at the intersection of marketing and sales
• A passion for working in an intercultural context is something that describes you
• Initial practical experience gained through internships or working student positions
• You are open for change, highly adaptable, fast at picking up new tasks, and have a results-oriented mindset
• Last but not least, you speak German? Super! And English? Great!

This is our program and what you will do

• As part of the individual career journey, you’ll rotate through different focus areas within sales and marketing, such as product and brand management, online and performance marketing, social media, e-commerce, key account management, CRM, and omni-channel management
• You will take on challenging tasks both in day-to-day business and in cross-functional projects, while building a broad network within the company
• The duration of the program depends on your individual development stages and is based on a timeframe of approximately two years
