As demand for our products continues to grow, we are looking for a Commercial Support Specialist to strengthen our Commercial team. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring excellent customer experiences and efficient commercial operations. Our customers are based worldwide.

You will work closely with colleagues across Sales, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Engineering while supporting customers and helping us scale our business globally. You will report to the Commercial Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day sales operations and customer administration.
• Process customer orders, order confirmations, invoicing, and delivery follow-up.
• Coordinate shipments, customs documentation for import and export, and logistics activities together with Operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support throughout the order lifecycle.
• Prepare quotations and other commercial documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer and commercial data in the CRM and ERP systems.
• Support reporting and tracking of commercial KPIs and business performance.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of commercial procedures and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and workflows as we continue to scale.

Qualifications

• Higher education in business and administration, international business, logistics, or a related field. Relevant work experience may compensate for formal education.
• Experience from backoffice sales, order management, logistics coordination, other customer-facing administrative roles or similar positions.
• Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Professional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience from manufacturing, industrial technology, logistics, or engineering companies is beneficial but not required.
