The Commercial Support Manager is the engine behind the Joint Business Development Program. As participating customers move through the program, this person makes sure the pieces that matter to them — their tier status, their invoices, their quarterly statements — are accurate and handled on time. They own the program's records and systems, work alongside the Data Analyst to turn activity into useful reporting, and act as the dependable first contact for anyone with a question. In short, they're the person who makes the program feel organized and trustworthy to the customers and sales staff who rely on it.
