The Position

The Opportunity:

As a Commercial Support Expert (CRM Product Manager), you will provide hands-on execution support for ongoing CRM product activities. Your role is critical in bridging the gap between business strategy and technical execution, focusing on day-to-day support by translating complex business needs into functional requirements and ensuring a healthy, prioritized product backlog.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Product & Delivery Support: Assist with requirements clarification and documentation, creating detailed user stories with clear use cases and acceptance criteria. You will develop business process flow documents and maintain product backlogs and JIRA stories.

  • Operational & BAU Support: Support ongoing CRM enhancements, minor configuration requests, and release activities—including release notes and deployment readiness. You will help track dependencies and risks across workstreams and support the triage of requests from business stakeholders.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a key point of contact between CRM operations, developers, QA teams, and vendors. You will participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, grooming, sprint reviews) and maintain project documentation in Confluence and JIRA.

  • Quality & Testing: Support SQA and UAT planning, coordination, and defect tracking to ensure high-quality delivery.

  • Data & Reporting: Assist with basic CRM reporting needs and validate data outputs, ensuring all documentation aligns with necessary compliance and audit requirements.

Who you are:

You are a highly organized professional with strong communication skills, capable of working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment to turn business vision into technical reality.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education: University degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience supporting Veeva CRM platform ideally within the Life Sciences, Commercial, or Medical sectors.

  • Technical Skills: Strong Product Management expertise with experience writing functional requirements and user stories.

    • Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence

    • Deep familiarity with Agile / Scrum delivery models.

  • Competencies: Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.

    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and dependencies.

    • A proactive approach to problem-solving and backlog hygiene.
