We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and organised Commercial Support Executive to provide vital administrative support to our Account Management & Marketing teams, offering an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced B2B environment.
Location:this is a hybrid role based in Ta' Xbiex, Malta.
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.
What you’ll be doing:
Administrative Support Provide general support to the Account Management & Marketing teams, including updating the central CRM (Pipedrive), supporting with business reporting and liaising with the finance team to resolve invoicing queries.
Presentations & Reports Assist in preparing presentations and reports for client meetings and internal reviews.
KPI analysis Run monthly reports to monitor departmental KPIs.
QBR Support Assist Account Managers with Quarterly Business Reviews, including scheduling, logistics, and document preparation.
Game Exposure Analysis Review operator websites and compile presentations on game exposure and visibility, highlighting any gaps or hidden games.
Process Documentation Manage and update team process documentation.
Partner Onboarding Support the onboarding of new partners and assist with account setup as needed.
Event Coordination Work closely with the Marketing Manager to coordinate annual B2B events, including travel arrangements, award submissions, client tournaments, sponsorships, and conferences. This involves liaising with external partners, vendors, and organizing event logistics and promotional materials.
Merchandise Operations Assist in sourcing merchandise samples, obtaining quotes, and supporting online merch store operations.
Streamer Relationships Help coordinate relationships with streamers, ensuring they receive regular updates, graphics, merchandise, and other materials.
Service Desk Management Process support tickets for the Marketing and Account Management teams.
What you’ll bring to the role:
1-2 years of iGaming industry experience is preferred, ideally within marketing or commercial operations.
B2B experience is considered to be a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proactive and willing to take initiative.
Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using computers and technology, including updating backend websites and working with digital tools.
Able to travel to client or industry events as required.
