Assist to prepare “Rights and Obligations Summaries” for both the Head Contracts and Subcontractors for use by the Project team
Project team successfully utilizes the summaries to manage contract compliance and execution.
Manage claims and variations in collaboration with project teams to maximize entitlements and avoid disputes.
Achieve timely submission and approval of claims/variations, ensuring minimal disputes and maximum project entitlements.
Identify and mitigate contractual risks in Head Contracts and Subcontracts, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
Effective risk mitigation strategies implemented, reducing project exposure.
Reduction in contract-related issues through clear, timely submission and well-structured notices.
Formulate and Administer subcontracts, with major compliance refer to Head Contract basis and best practice to protect PTP.
Review and advise on disputes resolution and appraise contractual entitlements of Head and/or subcontract issues, including resolution of disputes.
Satisfactory (win/win) resolution of disputes (client, subcontractor)
Coordinate and facilitate collaboration between commercial, technical, and operational divisions to ensure alignment in contract administration, cost control,risk management, and project execution.
Reduction in contractual disputes or cost overruns due to misalignment across divisions.
In charge during preparation and implementation of Contract Management Plan and Subcontract Management Plan.
Zero major non-compliance issues identified during internal or external audits.
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome.

Bachelor’s degree in construction related discipline, such as Commercial & Legal, Engineer, QS, with demonstrated expertise in contract administration, claims management, and dispute resolution
Min. 5+ years of experience in contract administration, commercial management, or procurement within construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects.
Demonstrates ethical behavior, professionalism, and a positive attitude during team collaboration
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to risk identification and resolution
Working in cross-functional teams across different division
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities (fluent in English and Bahasa, both verbal and written)
Attention to detail
Able and willing to have site placement
