The role

We are looking for a Commercial Strategy Specialist to support the development and implementation of Zeekr’s European commercial strategy. This is a unique opportunity to support key decision making within the European HQ, working closely with the Management Team on Zeekr’s highest priorities.

This is what you will do most of the time:

• Strategic planning: Collaborate with the European executive team and China HQ to develop and refine the company's strategic plans (e.g. European market roll-out), and support ad-hoc strategic decision-making.

• Cross-functional projects: Take the lead in strategic and operational projects/initiatives with cross-functional teams (e.g. annual business planning process), working closely with various departments, including e.g. product, sales, after-sales, marketing, finance and HR.

• Market analysis and competitive intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to evaluate industry trends, customer preferences, and technological advancements.

• Business development & partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential partnerships and business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.

• Performance tracking and reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of implemented strategies.

• Stakeholder management: Effectively manage and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization in Europe and China. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership.

• Business Planning: Support the definition of market strategies and long-term business planning

• Competitor Analysis: Support on competitive Analysis and market Intelligence

To be successful in this role you should demonstrate:

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience in management consulting or in a corporate strategy department, with a focus on strategy development, sales and/or transformation.

• Demonstrated strong financial acumen with the ability to build robust business cases, conduct structured market research, and translate insights into clear, concise strategic recommendations

• High results orientation, combined with strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking skills – with the ability to solve problems under pressure and manage ambiguity.

• Knowledge and interest in the automotive industry's trends, challenges, and competitive landscape.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams

• Open, team‑oriented, and pragmatic approach with a hands‑on mentality and a strong ability to work independently in a structured and professional manner in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
