About the Role
The Commercial Strategy Specialist is responsible for maximizing profitable growth across BEES Link 3P through strong governance, analytical rigor, and scalable operating standards. Aligned with our mission — to maximize profitable growth by institutionalizing pricing compliance, P&L governance, disciplined product prioritization, and scalable operating processes — this role plays a critical part in strengthening the structural foundations of our commercial model.
This position sits at the intersection of Commercial, Product, Finance, and Operations. The Commercial Strategy Specialist transforms complex business problems into data-driven insights and scalable frameworks that protect margins, improve investment allocation, and accelerate disciplined decision-making. This is a high-impact role designed for a senior professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on analytical execution.
