Responsibilities:
Analyze large data sets and market intelligence to develop insights on business performance and new tangible strategies
Drive sales force effectiveness through sales enablement programs and resources
Support creation of content for Provider business leadership team including quarterly leadership meetings, customer-facing presentations, and internal strategic initiatives
Project manage operations of core Provider business functions
Cross-functional coordination of teams across marketing, medical, sales operations, customer success, product, and learning and development teams.
Collaborate with leadership on communication strategies
Work collaboratively with Commercial Strategy & Operations Manager on go-to-market strategies for new products and partnerships
The successful candidate for this role will be:

$65,000 - 95,000 - In office at Tempus HQ in Chicago - 3 days per week
The expected salary range above is applicable if the role is performed from Illinois and may vary for other locations (California, Colorado, New York). Actual salary may vary based on qualifications and experience. Tempus offers a full range of benefits, which may include incentive compensation, restricted stock units, medical and other benefits depending on the position.
