Commercial Strategy Manager北京全职互联网 / 电子 / 网游职位描述We’re seeking a Commercial Strategy Manager to support the strategic and commercial execution of our international AI business. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leadership, sales teams, and delivery leads on a wide range of initiatives—from market and commercial analysis to deal structuring and regional go-to-market planning.
This is a highly dynamic role that combines structured analysis with hands-on execution. You will be deeply involved in priority initiatives, leadership decision support, and cross-functional coordination across regions.
1. Support senior leadership with commercial analysis, strategic assessments, and decision materials.
2. Conduct business and market analysis to inform regional go-to-market (GTM) strategies and growth priorities.
3. Assist in shaping market entry approaches, offering positioning, and partner models across different regions.
4. Support pricing strategy, deal structuring, and financial modeling for complex AI engagements.
5. Develop and review statements of work (SOWs), commercial terms, and contract structures in collaboration with legal and delivery teams.
6. Coordinate across sales, strategy, delivery, and partner teams to ensure alignment on priorities and execution.
7. Track deal progress, margins, and commercial risks, preparing concise updates and insights for leadership.
8. Help standardize commercial frameworks, GTM playbooks, and internal operating materials. 职位要求1. 4+ years of experience in commercial strategy, business analysis, consulting, corporate development, or related roles.

3. Experience supporting complex enterprise or government-facing initiatives.
4. Comfort working closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
