As a Commercial Strategy Intern at Nestlé Nespresso SA, your mission is to help shape and deploy the commercial value proposition and promotional strategy for Intervallo, one of Nespresso's most exciting innovations within the Out-of-Home business. You will make a difference by collaborating closely with the Intervallo core team, European markets, market sales teams, and digital experts. How you’ll make an impact as a Commercial Strategy Intern

  • Supporting the development and deployment of the Intervallo commercial value proposition by translating customer, consumer, and market insights into compelling customer benefits
  • Analysing business performance, consumer behaviour, customer feedback, and competitive landscapes to build commercial recommendations
  • Designing and implementing promotions through the Intervallo app to test reward mechanisms and measure their effectiveness
  • Delivering actionable recommendations to markets based on promotional learnings, including strategy, execution guidelines, ROI measurement, and best practices

What will make you successful

  • Currently studying or freshly graduated with a Bachelor or Master in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, with a strong interest in commercial strategy, customer insights, and innovation
  • Bringing strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data, market insights, and consumer behaviour into clear commercial recommendations
  • Being a confident communicator who enjoys presenting ideas, influencing stakeholders, and collaborating across diverse teams and markets
  • Knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications to analyse data, build business cases, and create impactful presentations
  • Communicating fluently in English; French is considered a strong asset
  • Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning.
