About Imagen

Imagen Technologies is building the AI-enabled teleradiology practice of the future. We operate the first vertically integrated medical practice and AI development platform focused on reducing diagnostic error and giving radiologists superpowers through industry-leading AI solutions developed in-house. With over $200 million in funding from investors such as Google Ventures and some of the largest clinical networks in the country, we are rapidly expanding this platform across the U.S. – from 22 states and 2.7 million patients in 2025 to more than 35 states and over 5 million patients annually by 2027. We are the fastest-growing teleradiology group in the U.S., and by the end of this year, we will have the fifth-largest practice in the country.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Commercial Strategy and Analytics Associate to lead commercial analytics efforts, with a specific focus on demand planning and customer value demonstration. This is a critical role within our commercial organization, where you will use analytical tools to both define macro volume growth trends and analyze customer-level value outcomes from Imagen’s AI-enabled radiology practice. You will also lead scalability projects to ensure that Imagen’s commercial analytics capabilities can meet the needs driven by our rapid growth.

Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible for leading end-to-end strategy and analytics projects to support Imagen growth. As part of this role, you will provide leadership with clear, actionable insights on demand trends to inform strategic decision-making. You will also work closely with customer analytics counterparts to collect and analyze outcomes data, with results used for both direct customer engagement and external Imagen marketing. Key focus areas include:

  • Analytics:
  • Demand Planning: Lead ongoing forecasting to estimate future radiology demand across live and pipeline customers, directly informing capacity planning, staffing requirements, and revenue forecasting
  • Customer Value Analytics: Lead end-to-end customer value analytics projects to demonstrate Imagen’s differentiated value delivery, including analysis scoping, data collection, execution, and presentations to internal / external stakeholders
  • Operations and Process Improvement:
  • Demand Planning: Develop processes and tools to improve demand forecast data quality, model automation, and user experience
  • Customer Value Analytics: Develop processes and tools to enable repeatable customer value analytics projects across customers

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in high-caliber business environments including investment banking, private equity, consulting, or high-growth startups
  • Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare landscape, and able to translate Imagen’s value proposition into tactical outcomes for primary care / multispeciality / health system customers
  • Strong quantitative thinking and analysis skills to break down and solve complex problems
  • Experience working with large data sets and advanced analytics (e.g., advanced Excel modeling)
  • Experience leveraging LLMs to accelerate analysis, automate workflows, and build lightweight internal tools
  • Track record of independently managing a range of work streams or projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Genuine enthusiasm, curiosity, and ownership mentality
  • Prior experience working with fee-for-service (FFS) and capitated claims data preferred
