Job Description

For one of our BAS World locations in the region of Vienna region, Austria we are looking for a proactive Commercial Specialist Depot. In this dynamic role, you will be the main point of contact for customers on-site and play an important role in the commercial process surrounding our vehicles. You will guide customers during their visit, support sales conversations, and actively identify additional services and commercial opportunities.

You will work in an international environment with short communication lines, where customer focus, commercial insight, and a hands-on mentality are key.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• You support commercial processes such as customer appointments, quotations, and sales conversations;
• You actively identify additional services and recognize further sales opportunities, such as vehicle trade-ins or the sale of additional services;
• You ensure a smooth process by preparing vehicle deliveries thoroughly, contributing to a professional customer experience;
• You ensure accurate administrative handling of work processes to guarantee an efficient and smooth operation.

• You are commercially minded and enjoy working with customers;
• You communicate clearly and professionally with different stakeholders;
• You work independently and in a structured way, while maintaining an overview in dynamic situations;
• You are flexible, solution-oriented, and proactive;
• You have a good command of Spanish and English; additional languages are an advantage.
