Order Management Leader

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for providing internal and external customer service, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance, claims management. Each day, you will coordinate with relevant functions to ensure complete case ownership. You will also showcase your expertise by increasing customer satisfaction by providing appropriate solutions.

This role is contributing to the EL Smart Power business in Xiamen, China.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Review contract payment terms and prepare payment-related documents, such as payment request, bank guarantee/bond applications etc.
• Track payments and interface with the ABB internal collection system to ensure accurate registration and reconciliation of collection information
• Perform sales revenue recognition in accordance with O2C processes.
• Monitor AR data monthly and identify anomalies in a timely manner
• Prepare and analyze AR aging report to assess accounts receivable risk
• Monitor overdue customer accounts, analyze the top overdue customer accounts, and formulate corresponding action plans
• Issue regular accounts receivable and overdue accounts management reports,
• providing data support
• Provide guarantee-related consultation and support to team members, ensuring smooth guarantee operations
• Other tasks as assigned by line manager.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Finance, International Trade, Economics, or related fields.
• 5+ years of relevant working experience
• Strong English skills in reading, writing and oral communication
• Proficient in SAP, Excel, Power Point, etc.
