Core Responsibilities:

• Project Maverick Take the lead in driving projects aimed at optimizing our systems and processes, with a primary focus on enhancing financial performance and efficiency.
• Data-Driven Culture Champion the development of a data-driven culture within the commercial team, leveraging your expertise to progress analysis and systems development initiatives.
• Financial Maestro: Utilize your strong mathematical and financial acumen to analyze financial data, identify opportunities for revenue growth, and drive strategic decision-making.
• Analysis & Reporting Develop Statistical reports, through digital tools, to analyse complex datasets, uncover insights, generate actionable recommendations to drive business growth and efficiency, including optimizing pricing and operational strategies.
• System Developments Collaborate with External Developers working closely with Global Head of Commercial to define the frame requirements, scope and timelines for the modelling tool as tailored to the business requirement needs.
• Excel Virtuoso: Showcase your proficiency in Excel, using advanced calculations and formulas to develop analytical tools and drive system optimization.
• Hands-On Dynamo Be hands-on in the rollout and development of new systems and tools, collaborating closely with the commercial team to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Global Collaboration: Embrace the opportunity to travel and collaborate with teams across the diverse geographical location.

Key Competencies:

• A bachelors degree in accounting, data analytics, system analytics or a related discipline is required.
• Minimum 2 years working experience , post grad, in same finance / data or systems environment.
• Strong business acumen with demonstrated analytical skills.
• Must have Advance to very high Excel skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Preferable background working knowledge of MS Dynamics
• Preferably worked in recruitment / contract hire industry
• Experience in working in a high volume environment
• Preferable knowledge of employer/ employment related structures, unit costing, statutory breakdowns and their financial impact.
• Able to influence and guide others through actions by demonstrated expertise and credibility.
• High attention to detail and consistently attentive to details as well as maintaining strong performance under pressure
• Demands high quality of work from themselves and others.
